Junping Wang is a Program Director at National Science Foundation (NSF). He is also an adjunct Professor of Georgetown University. Dr. Wang received his PhD from the University of Chicago in mathematics. He was a faculty of the University of Wyoming and Colorado School of Mines before joining NSF. Dr. Wang's research interests are in computational mathematics, with a special focus on numerical techniques for partial differential equations arising from science and engineering problems.
